Description.
This project showcases a refined example of luxury apartment interior design in Barcelona, created for international clients from Bali seeking a sophisticated holiday residence in the city.
From the outset, the vision was to recreate the ambiance of high-end international hotels—spaces where comfort, elegance, and carefully curated materials define the experience. The client expressed a strong preference for elevated interiors, with a focus on rich textures, golden accents, and a distinctive sense of exclusivity.
The design language draws heavily from iconic luxury hotel lobbies in global cities such as Paris, London, and Dubai. These influences are reflected in the layering of materials, the balance of lighting, and the overall spatial composition, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming.
Forniture Selection.
A significant portion of the furniture selection comes from Eichholtz, the renowned Dutch brand known for blending classical references, Art Deco influences, and contemporary sophistication. This choice reinforces the project’s identity while ensuring visual coherence throughout the space.
The Materials.
Soft fabrics, warm tonal palettes, and subtle gold details were thoughtfully combined to enhance both comfort and visual richness. Each element contributes to a cohesive environment that balances opulence with livability.
The Result.
The result is a residence that captures the essence of a boutique luxury hotel, while preserving the intimacy and warmth of a private home—an ideal retreat in the heart of Barcelona.
