Description.

This project was conceived as a strategic apartment staging for real estate sale, where design played a key role in increasing the property’s perceived value and market appeal.

Originally acquired as an investment property, the initial plan did not include furnishing. However, a full interior design and decoration approach was introduced to enhance the emotional impact during viewings and to attract a broader, international buyer profile.

The design concept carefully balances the apartment’s contemporary architectural features with a calm, refined aesthetic. A palette of neutral tones—soft whites, warm beiges, and subtle greys—creates visual continuity while softening the stronger elements of the renovation.

Forniture Selection.

Furniture with clean, elegant lines was selected to maintain a sense of openness and allow potential buyers to easily project their own lifestyle into the space. The goal was not to impose a strong identity, but to create a versatile and universally appealing environment.

The Materials.

Materiality plays a crucial role in elevating the overall perception of the property. Textures such as velvet, marble, natural wood, and delicate golden accents introduce depth and sophistication without overwhelming the space.

The Result.

The result is a contemporary, inviting interior that enhances the property’s marketability—demonstrating how thoughtful design and apartment staging for real estate sale can directly influence buyer perception and accelerate the sales process.
